2. Lost or Undelivered Packages

We only offer refunds or replacements in cases where an order is confirmed as lost in transit.

If your package has not been delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

If the package is officially declared lost by the carrier, you will be eligible for either:

3. Incorrect Shipping Information

Orders marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered. In such cases, Yacamim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
