I want to give a gift to someone else, how should I do it so that the product is delivered to their house?

It's simple! Make your purchase as usual, you will only need to provide the person's details and address when defining the delivery address. Choose the products you want, provide your details if you are not yet registered, and when entering your address, select the "Add a new address" option. In the title, you should put: Gift - Person's Name. Fill out the form with the details of the person who will receive the gift.
Please note: The complete order can only be sent to one address. We cannot deliver items that are in the same order to different addresses, so if you are also buying for yourself, you will need to place separate orders. When there are gift promotions, Yacamim limits the promotion to 1 gift per CPF.
- If you have not received your order after the maximum delivery period, please contact us by email (contato@modayacamim.com.br) informing the purchase date, our order reference number, your name, address, and phone number.
- On the payment screen, you will select your preferred Credit Card. The total amount of your purchase will appear along with the card flags and installment options. Select the desired card and fill in the details, such as the operator, cardholder's name, number, and expiration date, which are printed on the front of your card.
- On the "Payment Methods" screen, select "PIX". The PIX key for payment will appear on the payment screen (PIX Key: 01690356000167 - Hayashi Confecções Ltda). If you prefer, use the online services your bank offers. PIX confirmation takes up to 1 business day (orders placed on holidays or weekends may be confirmed on the next business day). The order release process will only occur after payment confirmation. If for some reason you do not make the payment within the established period of 1 day, your order will be automatically canceled, you will need to select the desired products and choose the option to pay by PIX again, or you should request assistance through the website chat.
- You should contact us via chat to request the bank slip for your purchase. When the bank slip is sent, write down the numeric sequence, which is approximately 40 digits. With these numbers, you can pay the bank slip directly from your account; the payment processes vary from bank to bank, but usually we can classify them as compensation slips. You can also make the payment at a bank branch that accepts payment using this numeric sequence. In either case, you will receive a receipt that proves the payment and we will receive confirmation that the payment has been made, without the need to send any proof.
- Select your preferred bank on the payment page. A link will automatically open to your "Internet banking" site. From there, you must select the "compensation slip" payment type and enter the numeric sequence of the bank slip in the requested fields.

- For your convenience, Yacamim offers easy exchanges. If you wish to exchange the product you purchased, you have up to 07 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the merchandise at the delivery address to contact the Yacamim team by email contato@modayacamim.com.br and inform that you would like to exchange the purchased product(s).
Upon receiving this email, the Yacamim team will contact you to identify the reason for the exchange and for which product you would like to exchange it.
After contact, you should go to one of the Post Office agencies and send the exchange item to the online store's address [Rua São Paulo 3390; CEP 89211-700; Bairro Floresta; Joinville/SC] using the posting authorization code. When we receive the item, we will assess whether its conditions are in accordance with the exchange rules. This involves the item being well packaged, with the tag and invoice. The reshipment of the chosen item is at our expense.
Yacamim's easy exchange applies only to the first exchange. If the customer needs to make more exchanges, the shipping and receiving freight costs will be charged to the customer.
Conditions:
- The product must be intact, with the tag attached to the item.
- Only unwashed, unused, odorless, unmarked, and unstained products will be accepted;
- Items that have been altered (examples: hem, cuff adjustment, etc.) will not be accepted;
- If it presents a defect due to misuse, the refund will not be authorized and the product will be returned to the customer.
- The product cannot be an item considered an accessory such as a bag, earring, necklace, candle, incense, air freshener, or any other product that does not involve choosing sizes.
Attention:
It is extremely important that the products to be returned are previously communicated and that they are sent accompanied by the invoice that we will send by email after contact.
